Same-day prior-authorization support
The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We help and support your office so it is completed the same day:
- We identify the PA requirement for the patient's plan
- We send you the plan criteria, the correct form, and the documentation we have
- We track the status and follow up until there is a determination
We do not submit authorizations on a prescriber's behalf and cannot guarantee approval.
Access & savings programs
- Copay / savings cards — enrollment help for eligible commercially insured patients.
- Patient assistance programs & foundations — we help identify programs the patient may qualify for.
- Manufacturer bridge programs — where offered, to help cover gaps while coverage is decided.
Manufacturer copay/savings programs are not valid for patients enrolled in federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).

We regularly carry Nurtec ODT, Ubrelvy and Symbravo for acute treatment and Qulipta, Nurtec ODT, Ajovy, Emgality, Aimovig and Vyepti for prevention. Inventory changes daily, so please call (862) 225-9726 for a live stock check.
Do you submit the prior authorization for us?
No. The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We help your office complete it the same day by identifying the requirement, sending the plan criteria, the correct form and the documentation we have, then tracking status and following up. We cannot guarantee approval.
Can you enroll patients in manufacturer savings programs?
Yes, for eligible commercially insured patients we help with copay/savings card enrollment. Manufacturer copay/savings programs are not valid for patients enrolled in federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).
Do you deliver injectables that need refrigeration?
Yes. We offer free cold-chain delivery across New Jersey. Delivery timing depends on authorization, stock and the patient's location, so we confirm it with the patient directly.
