Frequently asked questions
Which biologics do you stock?
We work with Dupixent, Skyrizi, Cosentyx, Tremfya, Taltz and Otezla (derm); Humira and biosimilars, Enbrel and Rinvoq (rheum); and Stelara and Entyvio (GI/IBD). Inventory changes daily, so call (862) 225-9726 for a live stock check.
Can you fill biologics that are limited to certain pharmacies?
Some products and plans restrict which pharmacies can dispense. Call us before sending and we will tell you whether we can fill for that patient's plan; if not, we will say so up front.
Who handles the prior authorization?
The prior authorization is the prescriber office's to submit. We support your office so it can be completed the same day — identifying the requirement, sending plan criteria, the correct form and the documentation we have, then tracking and following up. We do not submit on your behalf and cannot guarantee approval.
What savings options exist for biologic patients?
Depending on eligibility: manufacturer copay cards, patient assistance programs, independent foundations and manufacturer bridge programs. Manufacturer copay/savings programs are not valid for patients enrolled in federal healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).
How are biologics delivered?
We offer free cold-chain delivery across New Jersey and coordinate timing directly with the patient once the prescription is ready.
